How will my scalp and hair/beard react when applying Thrive?

Once applied, you may feel a slight tingling sensation for the first few minutes which is due to the mixture of peppermint and rosemary oil. If tingling occurs for more than 20 minutes after application, please contact us.

Where is my order?

Your order number is included in your order confirmation email when an order is initially processed. Our order numbers are 6-7 digits long and contain only numbers. Please wait at least 3-4 business days for your order status to change from processed to shipped as we can have an abundance of orders to fulfill each day.

How can I track my order?

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive another email with tracking information.

If I made a mistake with my order, can I still make changes?

We all have made a mistake at least once when placing orders online so we understand. If you need to make changes to your order after it is been placed, please reach out to us at info@rootiment.com within 24 hours.

After 24 hours have passed since placing your order, we cannot guarantee that the order has not already been fulfilled and shipped. Changes after this time has passed will be impossible.

Returns

I'm not happy with my purchase. Can I return the product?

Per Rootiment's return policy, hygiene is an important priority and therefore, any products that have been opened with their seals broken do not qualify for returns. Returns can only be made on any products that have not had their seals broken. There are no exceptions.

The same policy above applies under EU law where a customer has the right to return any product for a 14 day period after point of sale.

As stated above, please be sure if you choose to return the product, then the returned product must be in its original condition which is resalable in order to qualify for a full refund.

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my results?

Our products are created with effective natural ingredients and we are determined to help our customers see real, visible results.

We understand not every customer will have the same exact progression which is why we highly encourage our customers to use our products consistently for atleast 3 months.

With consistent use, we are extremely confident that you will see either incremental or substantial results.

However, if you are still dissatisfied with results after 90 days of consistent use, you may claim your money back guarantee here.

Can I change or cancel my order if I made a mistake when I initially placed the order?

If you have placed an order and need to change the address, the address can only be changed until the order has been picked up by a shipping carrier and provided with a tracking number. If the status of the order displayed as "Shipped", then it is too late to cancel or change the order.

You may only cancel an order from the time the order is placed to the time when the label is created. If the shipping process has began for your product, then it is too late to cancel your order.

A confirmation email is sent when the order has processed and another shipping confirmation email is sent when the label has been created for your order.

If you need to cancel an order after it is has shipped out, please reach out to help@rootiment.com and we will process a full refund.

How long does it take to process refunds?

Please allow 5-8 business days to process your refund depending on your payment method/bank. If you have not received your refund after 9 business days, please reach out to info@rootiment.com so we can quickly resolve your issue.

Shipping

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

For U.S. customers: Please allow 4-6 business days after your order has been processed.

For international customers: Please allow a minimum of 7 business days after your order has been processed.

Do I pay for shipping costs for any returns?

If your product qualifies for returns, then you will be responsible for shipping & handling costs. Please note if full refund is applied, then any original shipping costs will remain non-refundable.

What do I do if my package is missing or damaged upon arrival?

We understand this issue can be frustrating. Please make sure to reach out within five days of delivery confirmation, and we will work with you to resolve the issue smoothly.
