Per Rootiment's return policy, hygiene is an important priority and therefore, any products that have been opened with their seals broken do not qualify for returns. Returns can only be made on any products that have not had their seals broken within 14 days of delivery date. There are no exceptions.
If your product qualifies for returns, then you will be responsible for shipping & handling costs. Please note if full refund is applied, then any original shipping costs will remain non-refundable.
